What great customer service we have received from Rock Solid Concrete from speaking to Shebun in the office who gave... great advice to the three drivers that came out to our address where we had the footings concreted. The first mixer turned up bang on time and then the next and the volumetric were all within a short time period after. First thought was to mix myself, and then my brain kicked in, I could order x amount of aggregate and x amount of... cement and have x amount to get rid of. So I made contact other rock solid and at need to say no more , gave them the size, and depth, they informed me of the amount I required and price, of which was very good, we then agreed a delivery date and time, the driver bang on time emptied cement one by one into wheelbarrow. Job done,no waist no mess. And great service. Thanks rock solid will deal again on my next project.read more

I needed 4cm3 of concrete for garage floor, and having search and spoken to several different suppliers, I chose Rock... Solid. No special reason other than they could deliver on a Saturday.These guys were excellent.They delivered on time, early in fact, the driver very courteous, and helpful.Stuart in the office was brilliant. I missed calculated, and had a couple of issues, on the amount I needed and he advised me, the best way to go about making sure I got what I wanted.As this was a one-off project, I will, probably, never need them again, but if I do need concrete, these will be my supplier.If you are looking for concrete, then consider these guys, everything was so easy and simple from start to finish, and I would, definitely, recommend them.Thank you Rock Solid Concrete for you excellent 5 star serviceread more

I’ve had my concrete fitted by Rocksolid recently and in less then a year I have got a crack come up through no fault... of my own, I also paid additional funds at the time to them to place the fibers in the concrete per there recommendation to reinforce it. I asked Rocksolid as a gesture of good will to sort it and they have not and refused and won’t take ownership or responsibility, yet I paid a lot of money. Not the type or kind of service or product I expect from a company like Rocksolid. The product is not Rocksolid.I will be seeking further guidance on this matter. (A very unhappy Customer).read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been a builder for nearly 30 years and used various concrete companies but never have... I been treated like this. They take your money beforehand and add a percentage charge just in case you need more concrete with the money to be refunded on whatever concrete you do not use. I am still waiting over a month for my money and have been told lie after lie. I am reporting this company to trading standards and have authorised my credit card company to retrieve my money. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4.9 STAR RATING because it just can't be true and just another lie this company uses to rip people off. I wonder how many others have had this happen to them and not realised. Check out my reviews on this platform and you will see I am always fair in my reviews and this is a fair review of a shocking outfit.read more
